AZ second dose - breast pain

I had my second dose of AZ yesterday morning and since the afternoon I've had breast pain the same side as I had my jab and convinced I feel a small lump. A quick Google shows this as a side effect from moderna and Pfizer but can't find anything about AZ. I don't want to panic and rush to go but equally don't want to ignore it.
