Cordoning off every other toilet and sink in an attempt to enforce social distancing...meaning people are clustered tightly in a queue, chatting for longer

Having to order through apps constantly.

So, a waiter can seat us, bring us our food, clear tables between courses etc but if they take a food order, the whole restaurant or pub will get covid?

I don't get it. The cynical part of me thinks its a cost saver to employ fewer wait staff.....

Going to the pub is a pain. Our local is losing trade because of all the rules and restrictions and people can't get the apps to work that well or can't get to grips with it. Then just the attitude of the staff generally ( because everyone is pissed off about everything, not really their fault , but it's the domino effect )
Easier to just stay at home with a cheap bottle of wine out of tesco!
