I’m known for panicking about health stuff so I sometimes I talk myself out of getting medical advice. Had my jab, Pfizer last Monday, for nearly a whole week now I’ve had a bad headache with a cold. Painkillers take the edge off it but don’t shift it. Blocked nose, yesterday I had muscle aches but those have gone today. Husband said maybe I should phone the doctor today, I don’t want to waste anyone’s time but I am getting concerned about the headache and if this is normal.

If you're concerned about a persistent headache ring 111 or your GP, you have nothing to loose by seeking advice. It's probably just a cold but best to be on the safe side, you won't be wasting anyone's time that's what they're there for.

I think you should seek medical advice and let them make the call whether to investigate further or not.

Oak pollen is through three roof. I'm really suffering as of 2 days ago. Hideous. Could it be hayfever?
