vaccination not in records

I had my 1st vaccination on 4th may 2021,but not showing in NHS records.spoked to 119,they said contact Gp,Gp center collected information from me,but still not in records.
No idea what to do,i have small card with astra zeneica name with bach number which was given by nurse.Thats the only proof i have.I cant book second dose as no records of 1st dose? any help/advise please. thanks allot

This happened to me as well. I went back and forward from 119 to gp several times eventually gp said I had to physically return to the centre I had the vaccination at ( no phone number so had no choice but to drive all the way there) and ask them to put the information back on the system. The person in charge of the centre said it sometimes happened that the system doesn’t record some vaccinations even when they have been properly inputted by staff. It was very annoying and quite stressful but I was able to book my second jab about 24 hours after she had done it.

took 10 days to sort which was a pain

apparently regardless of where you had it, GP has to sort it under the gp nhs guidlines but the main vaccination site did it after 3 x visits and endless phone calls. Pretty common i believe

If it's on GP records but not app then it's a 119 issue

If missing on GP records like mine was then its a vaccination site issue as 119 mirror GP records
