Vaccination after platelet donation

Does anyone know if there are issues with getting vaccinated after donating platelets? DH donated last night, due to get jab (Pfizer) on Wednesday.

This is Scotland, but looks like it's fine to get vaccinated after donation: www.scotblood.co.uk/news/i-ve-had-my-covid-19-jab-can-i-give-blood/. He just needs to wait 7 days before donating again.
He should drink loads of water though!
