Pfizer side effects - headache for 9 days and counting

Just checking if anyone has had similar. Had second jab and next few days I was feeling a bit headachey it not too bad. By day 3 I had to take sick leave from work. By day 5 back at work but found it hard to think straight. Was getting better but then today Day 9 very bad headache but now a bit better after a sleep.

I also keep sleeping.

Planning to call Doc on Monday.

Anyone experience similar?

Given the length of your symptoms and impact on your normal daily activities I think you should ring 119/111 today to speak to someone. I think it’s unlikely it will be anything serious but it’s best to run through your symptoms with a professional in case you’re missing something that would indicate you need further review.

No, no side effects at all, neither has anyone I know. I'd have spoken to a Dr before now tbh in your situation

I think you should ring 111. Thats not normal after a vaccine.

I felt fluey for a couple of days, as I do after the flu jab every year. But 9 days is a long time and its getting worse

Did you have anything from the first jab?

You need to ring the doctor. There are people in the US who had the Pfizer jab who had the same blood clots issue as AZ. Google it.

Thanks folks. Feel better today but it's still there in the background. A whoozy feeling. Will phone doctor tomorrow. Had no reaction to first jab. I do think I had COVID last spring - not tested but doc believes I did. I think that might be a factor.

I had that with both AZ jabs but mine started 2 weeks later.
Visual disturbance, nausea, terrible headaches and very dizzy. Lasted for 9 days both times.
I'm waiting to see if it happens again and, if not, I'll put it down to the jab

Are you taking pain killers? Sometimes they begin to cause headaches after constant use

I thought I read somewhere that if you have a headache that continues for more than 4 days after the vaccine you should get medical advice? I’d get advice today OP.

Day 6 here after 2nd jab. Extreme tiredness for 3 days and a pressure on head. Still very tired but come out in big lumps/rash on my stomach down left side and on my back down right side. Never had anything after 1st jab.
