COViD + thrush symptoms anyone?

Back in January I got COViD. I was pretty ill with it and in the first few days of feeling unwell I also had thrush symptoms. I used pessary and cream but it had no impact. I put it down to being very low in myself and hoped it would improve once I was feeling better. Anyway long story short after a series of over the counter treatments I ended up popping to the GU clinic after I had symptoms for 3 MONTHS!! They gave me anti biotics and said they would be in touch with any results, if not, no news was good news... I didn’t hear anything and the antibiotics cleared things up. Fast forward to now and I had my first COViD jab 3 weeks ago, I got all the COViD symptoms I did when I was ill including the thrush like symptoms that won’t go away!!!
Has anyone else had similar?

Hiya!

I'm quite interested in this link between covid and thrush!
I had symtoms April 2020 (before any testing) and since then I've been having major breakthrough bleeds on mini pill and a few issues with Thrush.
I got swabbed a few weeks ago as I just had an increase in the diacharge and they confirmed thrush (2 weeks later). So I did a double dose of the mediations as I was asymptomatic in the first place and I'd just finished another 2 week breakthrough bleed (seems to be linked to the thrush).
I was using the multigyn actigel after sex after my treatments (got my other half to take a thrush pill) and found the next day the CM was really white a mucus like so assumed the thrush was back. Since I had a gel pessary 2 nights ago found the discharge is worse, chalky for one night now mucus again and I just feel uncomfortable down there! Not a constant itch or ittiatuon but it comes and goes. I wonder if its in my head 😣

Antibiotics if you have thrush is really bad, they will strip the good bacteria from down below so make sure you have a good probiotic 😊.

I've been reading that the jab is causing bleeding and other issues, especially if you've had covid in the past.

I'm about to turn 30 and will be having the jab soon so wondered how that will pan out.

But this is just so you know, you're not alone!
