Hi, new here and just looking for advice.

Went for my first jab tonight and first question was are you or could you be pregnant? We've been trying for quite a while now so in 2ww which means i could be but too soon to know. On that basis i was refused the vaccine and told to wait til i know then rebook.

Has anyone else experienced this? I was getting Pfizer and NHS website said its fine but then the staff at the centre said no so now i dont know what to do. I live in an area where cases have doubled in a week so wanted to get it done and out the way.

Has this happened to anyone else?

How far into 2WW are you? Can you test with a FRER a few days before AF is due?

I'm almost in same situ, just waiting for them to open up to 35 yr olds and that's my plan.

@Lalala1985 Not far yet, will be a week until i can test. Got day 21 bloods on friday as not fallen pregnant in almost a year so checking nothing going on.
I'm 38 next month but they started walk ins and surge testing today where i live as cases gone up.

Everything i read said itd be fine so didnt expect to be turned away.
