I changed my second jab this morning to one next week (bought it forward) and I've had no confirmation email or text, has this happened to anyone else?

Also we changed DH's to tomorrow and although he got confirmation the system can't recognise his details when he tried to check it was okay. He wanted to check as he had to cancel it twice before booking the one tomorrow, and has received confirmation for two different days

I've tried calling 119 but can't get through to a human.

I've just brought mine forward this morning and have had no confirmation, either by txt or email.
However,with my first jab I didnt either,but it was fine.

Same circumstances - I didn't get confirmation but I did get a reminder on the day of the vaccine which had my reference number on.

I changed mine yesterday- got a confirmation text about 10 this morning it looks like it takes a while.

They've sometimes taken time to come through. Did you screenshot the booking info? That will be enough.

Not sure why you can't get through on 119, maybe try again with different menu options?

Mine took a good 15 hours to come through after I re booked. The first time I did it it was instant so I did worry and I took a picture of the screen and made a note of the number, but it did come through in the end.

Yes! I changed my second jab recently and neither the confirmation email or text didn't come through for days! As long as you have the reference number it'll be fine.

Mine was exactly the same, then couldn't get through on the app as it didn't recognise me. After a couple of frustrating hours on 119, I got through to a woman who said it was booked and she knew there was a problem with confirmations. They had my name on the list so I could have just turned up without the booking ref but I wasn't sure if I had actually completed the booking when I didn't get any confirmation.

I didn't write down the reference number and don't know what time. I think I know the day Grin I will wait a couple of days and then call 119. Thank you.

My husband and I haven't got confirmations despite opting to receive them but we took down our references so not too worried.

I booked for my vaccination last Thursday morning- still waiting for my text/email. I did screenshot my reference numbers! It’s not a great system and lots of people wouldn’t think to do that. I didn’t at first but managed to get back to the page with “booking complete” on it so I know it went through.

I called 119 and they said if I had a booking reference then it’s gone through.

I have had exactly the same problem: no confirmation and the system can't recognise me. But I do have a booking reference, so I hope it goes ahead as people say.

Still had no confirmation and as I didn't take a note of the reference number no one can help.

I think I'll have to hope they send a reminder text on the day.

I rebooted the weekend before last and had the jab last Wednesday. I still have no confirmation but I was on the list at the door so just turn up if you remember the date and time.

I rebooked yesterday and didn't get the text yet, though I did screenshot because there have been delays in the texts a few times whenever a big mass of people book. Last time I was looked up at the door before I found my booking ref though, so I don't think it matters.

Ah, just got a text marked as NHS Booking Reminder with all the details, so a little over 24 hours to come through.
