Clinically moderately vulnerable

I keep reading that the vulnerable are all vaccinated now, but is that just the CEV? What are the risks to the clinically moderately vulnerable now?

The CV are group 6 for the vaccine and so shouid have been offered it by now.

However, the lists for that didn't exist before covid and there have been later additions. Some who only joined the list recently, especially if they have to have Pfizer, are still waiting for first shot and many are yet to have their second
