Astrazeneca Vaccine 2nd Dose Side effects

Talking to friends and colleagues it seems that the 2nd dose az side effects were less severe than the 1st dose. Have others found this? (I am looking to book my 2nd vaccine and had a few side effects the 1st time, so trying to see if I should plan my days after vaccine differently e.g. try and free my calendar etc)

I had same side effects from second dose, less severe tho. Muscle aches, headache and tiredness.

I had bad ones from the first jab and nothing from the second

Thanks. I had some tiredness and aches the day after, so looking at 1 day of a 'light calendar' will hopefully be sufficient (last time was before a weekend).

I didn't have any side effects from either , no one I know did though so that might not be much help to you!

I had my 2nd dose yesterday. First time round I had bad headache and flu symptoms for 24 hours but I haven't had any side effects this time.

I felt lethargic a bit "meh," and had a headache that cleared with paracetamol,but nothing as bad as my first dose.

I had minor side effects from first one - a bit achy the next day and a sore arm. No side effects from the second one

My husband has had both AstraZenica vaccines. He had no side effects at all, and he has post stroke epilepsy.
