Anyone else had problems with getting the website to register test results tonight?

Yes!

No did it around 5pm though

Dd did hers this morning and it was fine. Dh actually did one at his mums care home this afternoon but he couldn’t use that one as they did it so he did another later on and it wouldn’t register.

Ds did his later tonight. Dh usually registers his for him.

Incidentally dh cannot ever get the app on his phone to register it.

Did it just fine around 10pm.

Ring 119 I spoke to someone lovely there who did it for me and profusely apologised. Had a nice chat too. Think they’re closed now but try tomorrow.

You can’t register lateral flow tests on the app. It’s only symptomatic PCR tests that go there at the moment.
