Pfizer second dose - swollen neck glands

First dose of Pfizer I was absolutely fine. Second dose I feel utterly shite. I'm on day three now and my lymph nodes are swollen at the side and back of my neck; I feel completely disorientated, sweaty but no fever.
Has anyone else experienced swelling of the glands after Pfizer? This is how I felt when I had glandular fever years ago and am panicking the jab has reactivated something. Shouldn't I start feel better rather than worse now?

I had this with my second dose, my neck at the collar bone went alarmingly spongy and took a few days to go down. It is a recognised side effect.

I was told that gland swelling was a possible side effect when being vaccinated. No problems with first jab.

I had this with both pfizer jabs, worse with my second one. Under my armpit was tender too. It lasted about a week

YewandOak · 16/05/2021 10:30

I had that but with my first jab. The second one, just a slightly sore arm, nothing more.

Just feel like I'm getting worse everyday rather than improving. Also starting a new job tomorrow and I'm really worrying how I'll get through the day.

Then maybe phone your GP to be on the safe side?

Yep I had an achy armpit for 2 days, sure it was lymph nodes just doing their job :-)

I've felt crap since my second one too. That was on Wednesday morning, I still feel shit today. Headache, bit of a spinny head/dizziness, top half of my body aches. Injection site is sore and itchy.

First one was barely noticable.
