Has anyone else not received a booking confirmation?

I did request one - text and email. And I did definitely book - I can look at my appointments and thankfully I took a screenshot of the reference numbers for both appointments.

I booked Thursday morning and have seen on here they are taking a while to come through but it’s been two days!

Mine took almost exactly 24 hours from booking.

It took mine 2.5 days to come through.

I had my jab the day before yesterday and my booking confirmation arrived this morning ...

Oh well, I have my reference numbers so I’ll keep those safe just in case it doesn’t turn up.

I booked Wednesday, had the jab yesterday and received my booking confirmation just now. They only asked for my name when I checked in yesterday though so the booking ref isn’t required if you haven’t noted it down. Just as long as you remember the day and time (it’s not a helpful system to anyone who may forget that vital info though!).

My friend’s confirmation came through 24 hours after she booked, and she booked a few hours after I did. It’s an odd system!
