Getting the right Covid Vaccine

I have been invited to get my Covid vaccine but when I made my appointment there was nowhere to flag that I am pregnant. As it is my understanding that pregnant women should only have the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, I contacted my GP to request that they check that one of those vaccines would be available to me at my nominated vaccination centre on the day of the appointment. My GP's surgery have been brilliant and have been on the case for the past day and a half, but unfortunately the vaccination centre at Guy's Hospital won't even tell THEM whether the "right" vaccines will be available to their patient (me)! The advice they have passed on from the hospital is that I honour my appointment and if they're not offering the vaccine I'm allowed to have when I arrive I should schedule a new one.
I'm really frustrated by this because I was already anxious about travelling to Guy's (it will be my first journey on public transport for months - since I found out I was pregnant) because it's not local, so the idea of travelling all that way only to have to reschedule is making me even more anxious. I also don't think it's very fair on pregnant women in general to not be able to book the recommended vaccines; it's not as if we have an uncommon condition!
Has anyone else had issues with this?

If you are under 40 then you won’t be offered the AZ anyway.

I would think they’ll have some Pfizer or moderna because the under 40’s can’t have AZ.

If not, you’ll have to try again. I’m also pregnant and found it frustrating you don’t put anywhere that your pregnant.

I arranged mine through my GP but I did read somewhere today that they were modifying the website to include a box you could tick if you were pregnant, sounds like they haven't done it yet?! That's so annoying for you

The BBC News feed earlier said that a question was being added to the booking site to identify pregnant women so that they could be routed to an appropriate site. Don’t think it said when the update was happening though.
