Side effects from 2nd Pfizer vaccine

Had my 2nd Pfizer jab yesterday morning and no side effects so far. Does that mean I'm in the clear and won't get any now?

I had my second Pfizer yesterday as well and I'm waiting to see what happens! My arm is a bit more sore than the first one but so far so good (fingers crossed!)
