Wonder how come it's letting some 85 book and not others?
Do GPS have to release valid nhs numbers? If so I've got no hope

Literally nothing when I booked to indicate what vaccine it was...no ‘AZ’ or ‘P’...really hope I don’t turn up and have to turn it down!

When is your birthday @stitchmaker85? When they've dropped the age range before it has been opened to people turning X age by 1 July 2021. When it dropped to 40, my friend and I were both 39 but she could book (because her birthday is in June), but I couldn't (because my birthday is in September).

If you are under 40 it will only show you venues which have Pfizer or Moderna.

I'm March 85 and put my NHS number in on the NHS site to book earlier.

4 days and counting for mine!

Mine is booked for Sunday (I can view the appointments so definitely booked), so I hope it turns up before then!

Nov 1984 husband booked in through the national booking service for centre 1 at guys next week, Nov 1985 me still waiting.

Hearing of others our age being called for vaccines but I reckon I'll be waiting til the national service opens (Central London GP).

Anyone been offered a pharmacy booking and now wondering if it'll be Pfizer/moderna or not? The lady I spoke to on 119 said it should only be offering bookings in places with an alternative to AZ but I'm slightly concerned

@motogogo and @DixonD that’s such a long time! Did “manage your booking” work for you in the intervening time while you were waiting for your email?

It will be fine. A lot of pharmacies have Pfizer now.

Pharmacies are doing Pfizer now even if they didn't before - my local pharmacy was advertising on their FB page they'll start doing Pfizer from next week. I think someone on another thread here mentioned they are getting it delivered by courier first thing and then have to administer it within 6 hours due to the cold storage requirement.

Me and my DH are 1984 and both booked. Our friends of the same year also all booked today too!

We are both pharmacy bookings, was a right faff to secure the slots though, kept losing them!

Do you know whether pharmacies are doing pfizer as well as az ? I’ve booked my second for Wednesday in a boots pharmacy and I need az ... not sure whether to give them a call to check tomorrow

You're 34 and booked through the main NHS site?

NHS booking site now updated: 36 or over or if you will turn 36 by 1 July

So DH can now book (I still can't Oct 85, don't understand why some people younger than 36 can?) but the only date it's giving for his second jab is the week we're on holiday. UK holidays I he could get it near where we're staying but if he's unwell from it I don't want the holiday ruined.
Does anyone know if more second vaccine dates are likely to appear? I was surprised it's that late because that's only just under 12 weeks!
