Vaccine appt confirmation

I booked my 2 appointments earlier today via my mobile phone - I was out and about so didn't note down the Exact times assuming I would get a confirmation text or email but nothing has come. I then logged on to the nhs site from home later to check the times and dates and I can't get in to see the booking as I need a reference number to get through but I never got sent one! Has anyone had this / does it take a while to get confirmation? Thanks

It took almost a day for mine to come through (a few weeks back). And I never received the text, just the email.

I didn't get my confirmation text and email until the next day. Both had the dates, times and booking reference number

I booked mine today and got the confirmation email within minutes. Did you enter your email address or mobile number when prompted at the end of the booking?

I don't recall if I put in email or mobile as I was doing it on my phone in a hurry but would have thought it would make you do so? Hopefully it's just delayed like the 2 previous posters - thanks for this. If I don't get anything tomorrow I will work out who to contact!

I received an email after almost 48 hours. Same with the text. I tried to call 119 in the interim but got bored waiting.

It won't let you book unless you put in a mobile number. If you don't it asks you to ring the helpline

I've not received a text or email 🤔 I booked online on Friday evening.

I luckily did screenshot the reference number and wrote down dates & times in my diary.

I didn't receive either a text or email for my first jab, though I booked it late at night and it was for the next day so that may be why. I screenshot it luckily though! I got a confirmation for the second one about a week after having the first.
