I had my vaccine yesterday, it was the Astra one. My god I feel like I’d been hit by a bus today. Aches, sore arm. Now I’m coughing a lot. Is this normal?

Yes, I had mine yesterday and I started feeling ill last night. Taking it very easy today.
I had chills, aches and I’m really tired. No cough though.

I've not heard of people getting a cough. Might be worth you getting a test?

Had 2nd Pfizer yesterday. Started feeling poorly before I got home. Just wanted to sit down as felt sick when standing up.

Doctor was saying to take paracetamol and ibuprofen if experiencing any side effects. I said that MIL had no side effects for either of her Pfizer jabs. I was expecting same. He said the younger you are the more you'll react to second Pfizer jab.

I feel like I've been trampled by a herd of elephants. Came downstairs sideways, one step at a time this morning. Been dozing on the sofa under a blanket since then.

Head ache, chills, nausea, weakness.

Totally unexpected - no side effects with first one.

Funnily enough, was coughing last night and before I went to bed my nose started streaming - neither today.
