Pfizer missed period / late

Just wondered if anyone else has had two shots of Pfizer and experienced a late / missed period? I know there's a long thread about AZ and this issue but haven't seen anything about Pfizer.

And no not pregnant!

Forgot to add, does this need yellow carding? Or how long would you leave it before reporting as a potential side effect of the vaccines?

Yes I have gone 10 weeks without a period after getting my second vaccine. Knew I wasn't pregnant because it take the pill and I did a test to be sure but it was very annoying.

Glad I'm not alone, have you had one since yet or still missing?

@20viona if you're on the pill it's not a period you get though? It's withdrawal bleeding as it's not linked to ovulation like a real period. More likely something to do with your pill than the vaccination.

I spotted heavily for a month after my first Pfizer.

@shouldistop Iv been on the same pill years and not had this happen hence me linking it to the vaccine.

OP yes it made an appearance last week and was heavy, I never ever suffer with this. Never mind almost over 🤣

Actually, mine have changed a bit, probably coincidental but I’m now about a month out from second dose and period has gone from 28 days to 32 and heavier/longer.
Seems very unlikely to be the vaccine though and much more likely to be a body anomaly or reacting to all the stress 😂

There's a good discussion about this on twitter and Reddit at the moment, seems to be affecting quite a few people. Either missed or late.

I hope there will be research into this though as it seems to be all the vaccines are disrupting some menstrual cycles. Doesn't seem to be limited to just one.
