Third Vaccination!?

I had my first vaccination at a large centre via the central NHS booking system
Second vaccination was booked for this weekend, but I received a text a couple of weeks ago offering me an earlier appointment, which I took. After I'd had that vaccination, I went online to 'manage my appointments', and cancel the appointment scheduled for this weekend. Got a screen display message saying I couldn't manage the appointments because I'd had both vaccinations.
This week I've had a deluge of reminder emails for the weekend appointment. The number on the NHS website is just a string of automated messages, I've emailed my GP - their reception are unable to do anything.
I'm not going to turn up, but it's frustrating to not be able to cancel. Anyone else had this?

Call 119. They should be able to cancel for you.

it was 119 that just went around in a loop of automated messages

That's a bit strange. Wonder what's happened. Some kind of admin or tech error, I guess. Well it's not your fault. You've done everything you can.

Try 119 again you need to do the option 1 where you say you are a priority or as you found its all automated

Call the vaccine centre direct.

When you took the earlier second appointment, the system registered you'd had 2 jabs, but didn't auto cancel the original second booking. It's not a great system tbh, but I guess it was assembled very quickly!

DH couldn't cancel his hub appointment, website couldn't find the appointment, so he rang 119 and went round in circles, eventually the person he spoke to there couldn't cancel it either, I don't know whether it had registered that he had it at his GP and had cancelled it automatically or if it was a wasted appointment, it was very frustrating.
