I would like to travel 100 miles for shopping. Its going to the city. I would like to travel on the train and stay over night. As it takes 4 hours on the train

Is this allowed? In Scotland

From today all Scotland is in level 3 which means hotel accommodation is open but you cannot stay overnight in someone's house. Travel for leisure purposes is allowed.
