I went for my first vaccine today, when I got home I decided to try to reschedule my second one (which is in July, booked online at same time as first). I got as far as entering my NHS number, DOB and then selecting a venue and I quit deciding to do it later.
Then I got a text saying I'd cancelled my first! How??!? My husband got the same text cancelling his, (we both went for our first today.)
Has anyone else had this happen?
I rang 119 and after over 10 minutes finally spoke to someone who said through the crackliest line ever that there was a problem with their phones and to call back if I couldn't hear!
I rebooked both appointments online, got a second one in July again but now have an extra "first" appointment this weekend which I'm afraid to cancel in case it wipes out my second one again !!
