PCR test results query

How many messages do you get for a PCR result? We sent two off yesterday and have got two rounds of results texts/messages but they're both addressed to the same person (the lead person the package containing the kits was sent to). Both people have given the same email address and phone number for results. Is it normal for each person to get two lots of messages (two texts and two emails) or have they used the same person's name twice by mistake? The messages were sent 15 minutes apart.

Basically, am I waiting for another set of results or have they all come through now?

I'd be surprised if they got the names muddled. I got two notifications of a negative test, I don't know why. So my guess is you're still waiting for the other person's response?

I went to drive through and got all results to me, two messages, but it mentioned the name of the person whose test it was.

Got both through now- negative, thankfully.
