When will a sleep over in a garden be allowed?

Am I right in thinking from the 12th April for DD to have some friends to sleep over in a tent outside? They'll all have had covid tests beforehand.

I would say May or June phases. Possibly May as hotels etc will be open then.

A tent isn't outside, it's enclosed.

I'd also say May which is when you can stay overnight with another household (which is essentially what this is)..
