Does anyone on here get/read Private Eye?

Because i cant get hold of it at all. Its just not turned up in my town this week. Not in Sainsburys or Tesco. And WH Smith told me they may get it next Tuesday ( a week late) it was supposed to be out on Wednesday.

Oh how odd. I subscribe & my copy arrived Wednesday, and they have been tweeting bits so presumably don't know of any supply issues.

I subscribe and my copy arrived as usual - but before I subscribed I found it could be a bit hit or miss to find a copy.

I started buying it every issue since Cummingsgate First time there has been a problem.

I subscribed because of the intermittent deliveries to newsagents / supermarkets. They never stocked many copies anyway, so often sold out.

Yup, I subscribe & got my copy as usual.

DP subscribes and latest edition arrived as usual.

I subscribe. As PPs have said, retailers seem to stock very few copies, so it was always a gamble on finding one in the shops. I'd be happy to post you my current copy in a few days, @MercyBooth if you PM me. Quite understand if you'd sooner not give out your address to some random MNer, though!

Yes, we have a subscription. We've had it for several years so pay full price but if you're a new subscriber you can get a discount. I recommend subscribing - it arrives faithfully in the post every other Wednesday.

I picked up a copy in M&S yesterday - used to subscribe but went through a stage where I never had time to read it. I now get it as and when and never have any issues finding it.

@Optimist1 Thats really kind of you but DH says he will pop out tomorrow for something else so he will see if the supermarkets have it yet. But thanks The old one is still on the shelves so the new one simply hasnt turned up.
