I had vaccine (as opposed to placebo) as part of the AZ trial in May and September. I am trying to get my medical records updated with the code confirming I’m vaccinated, but don’t know how to go about it. The trial team advised talking to doctors surgery, but they didn’t know. Anyone else had this? Thanks
