I was listening to someone discussing this on the radio. It won't help now and seems to ring hollow when mouthed by some, Macron for example.
Between this and the G7 Johnson is taking every opportunity to make what are probably his last years in high profile politics make him look good, in hindsight!
That he can do this is a damning endictment of the actions of others!
