When will we know that 12th April is definitely going ahead?

Has it been confirmed that the steps outlined for 12th April are actually going to happen yet?

If not, when will it be confirmed?

I can reopen my business when retail opens but can't seem to find anything which confirms it yet. I really need to start making plans if it's going to happen.

The business groups I’m in aren’t expecting a decision until the week before, as the gov said it’d spaced everything out by three weeks to review the data. Lots of people are stressing about it!

5th April I think. I'm sure I read somewhere that businesses would get 7 days notice. I'm in hospitality so we are very keen to know too!

Ah okay, thank you. A week is not ideal but better than nothing!

I was worried I'd missed an announcement as I never get to see the briefings.

There is an announcement on the 5th, I would be very surprised if this step doesn’t go ahead and most of the businesses in our area pretty much think it’s a given that it is going ahead.

Thanks, Yes I'm kind of assuming it will happen but don't want to say this to clients. Being able to tell them I can confirm on 5th will really help though.
