When is ‘stay local’ lifted?

I know from 29th March the stay at home message is lifted, but what about the stay local? Self catering accommodation for one household or bubble is allowed from 12th April, so is it then?

Yes. It’s April 12th 👍🏻 My in-laws have booked an airBnB the following weekend to travel up from the south coast to see us (outdoors) finally!

So 29th of March we still have to stay local? Or can I travel further afield to see a friend (not to stay overnight)

I've seen conflicting opinions on this. I thought 12th April but this article from The Sun (sorry) came up on my Apple news feed:-
