Long covid symptoms

I had covid back in December and was hospitalised with covid pneumonia, went back to work 6 weeks ago but on reduced hours as I’m still exhausted. I was just wondering if anyone has had these symptoms after a few weeks, my hair is falling out in clumps, only in the last week I’ve lost about half my long beautiful hair, my period has been two days of very light spotting, normally on time every month lasting 4 days, really bad headaches. Would these be covid related after all this time or something else? I’m 42 no unlined health problems. Can’t get an appointment with my doctors till the middle of April

Yes my hair started falling out about 3 months after infection. It stopped after about a month and my hair has thickened now. It's never ending crap after Covid but you will get better xx

I took iron supplements after I had covid, and I felt they helped (just spatone) Maybe coincidental but a lot of the post covid symptoms felt like anemia to me.

A quick google found the above - I am not scientific enough to fully interpret it, but low serum iron seems to be linked with covid. Spatone can't hurt anyway.

Believed to be post-viral stress to blame and it's only temporary.

I agree i think anaemia. Also i think there is a link with the spike causing anaemia.

Yes definitely hair loss.
Thyroiditis too
Period issues

On fb there are long covid support groups

More menopausal women are getting long covid so could be hormones or anamia.

Some people also got magnesium and b12 low levels
