Colds

I went to the supermarket the other day with my daugther we both had masks on and social distance. It was really busy and now we both have a cold sore throat, sneezing and runny nose.
Does that mean we are really bad at the hygiene business and the masks we have are really useless.
Any advice

Have you been anywhere else? Does she go to school etc? Masks wont stop cold germs escaping even if you wear a mask and the person with the cold does too. My daughter has a cold too at the mo (return to school) but got to be honest I think its a good thing to have them, shes not had a thing in months and its good to keep her immune system active! Just rest up and keep your vitamins up.
