Another test result

My household all tested positive 2 weeks ago.
My sons bubble is returning to school tomorrow. Does he need a negative result to return?
He has a cough which is considered ok from the countless test and trace calls we receive in a daily basis.

I don't think it's advised to test within 90 days of a positive because the likelihood of it still coming back positive is very high?

you can't test for 90 days after a positive test.
