Out of interest,if you've been working from home ok,and work are happy for you to keep doing so for bit longer, would you?I was surprised by reaction when I realised the advice was to keep working at home if you can:felt quite disappointed. Would be interested in other shielders takes

Indeed. I got mine too. Not really sure it's going to make a whole load of difference until some of the other dates are reached! Also a caution, it still says 'Shielding is paused...' not ended.

But you're right, my second jab is in 4 weeks, so I'll be ready to join in the fun, when things start to open up!Smile

I work in a school and I've not been in since before Christmas and even then, I was only allowed in for a couple of hours a day, then return to home working. So basically a whole year away in some shape or form.

I've already sent my letter to Head Teacher and HR, with my plans. I'd like to be there all day, everyday, as I live on my own and I'm desperate to be reintroduced into school life. However, I am very much at the mercy of The Academy and if they say 2 hours a day and you're not allowed out of your office, then so be it. I'll take whatever interaction I can!
