PGL in May

DS in year 6 has the chance to go on PGL in May. We have been shielding on and off so it’s quite a big jump for us to let him go. Does anyone else think it’s a bit soon or am I being over protective.

They're all in a school bubble anyway, and the instructors will presumably wear masks etc. PGL is generally outside as well.

I'd let him go, my year 6 has had her residential cancelled completely this year and she's a bit sad about it.

I am on a boycott of PGL as they treated schools appallingly once Covid hit.
