Can anyone tell me why in Wales they still haven't even reached the over 60 category yet in England they are now 3 categories ahead? Just wondering if it is a staffing issue, supply issue or admin? I feel in England it works great booking yourself whereas in Wales you have to wait to be contacted. Such a shame they are so far behind.
