I have just tried to book my appointments.
I booked a first one, but couldn't book a second slot in any place nearby (the place where I booked the first one was full)
So that means I couldn't complete the websit booking.
So now I don't know if I have that first slot or not.
Has anyone else had this?
I went back in under manage my appointments and it doesn't seem to be there.
It is really hard to tell
