Scottish easing of lockdown rules

We're hoping to visit Scotland in May, am I right in thinking from yesterday's announcement that should be ok (at present anyway).

Also do the bubble rules apply - can we visit with our bubble? I can't seem to work this out..

17th May "People should at last be allowed to meet up inside others' homes (although this could happen sooner) - initially in groups of up to four people from no more than two households." The 4 people won't include children under 12. Your bubble counts as your household.
BUT
it will depend if travel out of / into Scotland is permitted which might happen at the end of April and to be completely honest, I can't see how they will stop you given it's not a hard border!
"Non-essential journeys to other parts of the UK and the wider common travel area should also be permitted from 26 April or soon after."

Thanks that's how I read it but I find it a bit confusing!

It would be our bubble traveling - so our household and our single parent bubble. We wouldn't be visiting another household, so I interpret that as probably ok from end of April..am I missing something obvious?!

This is clearer but doesn't specify "cross border" travel. It says travel within mainland Scotland allowed and tourist accommodation can open with restrictions in place 26th April.
