I know I cant do it today, but I would like to visit the Woodland Burial site where my parents are buried (mothers day got me thinking about mum as I normally would visit and see her tree on days like today). I live 39 minutes away from the burial site so its not local, but wondered it anyone knows what date this may happen. My DD said she thought it may be from 25th March, I looked online and couldnt find anything.

I think I've just replied on your other post, but as long as the reason for leaving home in the first place is legally valid, there had never been a distance travelled legal restriction in England, only guidance. You can now leave home to socialise and so a visit would fall under that broad category.

Your DD is right. The stay at home order is set to end on March 25th

@AnxiousAlpaca Fortunately for the OP get daughter is actually wrong, it's March 29th and didn't apply in this particular circumstance anyway. Visits to burial grounds are currently allowed now anyway.

Go and visit your mum Flowers

I am taking my dc on an educational visit tomorrow to somewhere a similar distance away(they are home ed).

You can visit. I visited my mum’s grave last week from a similar distance.

"You can leave home to attend or visit a place of worship for communal worship, to attend a funeral or event related to a death, to visit a burial ground or a remembrance garden, or to attend a wedding ceremony"
