Can I visit my Mum?

I'm in Scotland and I live in one region, my Mum lives in another (about 20miles away from me.) she is on her own and I'm wondering where I stand visiting her? I could be in a bubble with her but she lives out with the region I do. So am I allowed to travel to see her?

I think yes if you are in a bubble but to be honest I would do it regardless

I think the answer is yes. My bubble is Edinburgh and I'm Fife and have always travelled over to see her.
