Hi all
I had my vaccine 16 days ago (oxford) and apart from a sore arm was absolutely fine but this week starting tuesday I just havent felt right fuzzy head and sore limbs just generally feeling off
Today I've woke up with a stinking headache and feeling like I've been run over I have to do lateral flow tests and today's was negative do you think it could be a delayed reaction to the jab or I've picked up a bug

Unlikely. I've not heard of any delayed reaction. Hope you feel better soon.

Cookerhood · 12/03/2021 15:26

Unlikely, more likely just to be a bug you've picked up somewhere.

It's a bug, or a false negative test (LFTs aren't great, so worth a re-test?)

I think there might be something in the theory that for 7 days after a vaccine your immunity is lower and you're more likely to pick things up.

What is the training for that? Have the medics said so, or is this just a rumour?
