No Booking Confirmation!

I found out last Sunday that I could book my vaccinations through the nhs gov't website. I noted both of my appointments on a post-it note, and clicked the option to get my booking confirmation by email. Maybe I got a little excited and put in my email address wrong, but no email came. I can't get back into the site to view my details without my booking confirmation - which I do not have, nor will it let me book another appointment as it must recognise from my details that I already have a booking. The vaccination centre states that you must have your booking confirmation when you attend. The appointment is tomorrw. Is there any point in attending if I don't have this booking confirmation? Any actual experience of this would be welcome.

My centre also insisted on having booking etc but when I attended I just gave my name. They didn't want any paperwork I had at all!!!!!!
Maybe ring the covid line to check. They may be able to give you your booking number

ComDummings · 11/03/2021 16:53

Just go to the website again and look at your appointment

ComDummings · 11/03/2021 16:55

www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

Just scroll down to ‘manage my appointments’

ComDummings · 11/03/2021 16:55

I didn’t need a booking confirmation to do it again as I’ve changed mine like 5 times 😬

MrsBennetsnerves · 11/03/2021 16:59

The centre I attended didn't ask for a booking ref. They only asked for my name.

minniemoocher · 11/03/2021 16:59

You just need your address and date of birth to manage your appointment

MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet · 11/03/2021 17:04

I just went in to manage mine and it asked for the booking reference and I couldn't proceed without it? I think 119 is the best bet!

simbobs · 11/03/2021 17:04

I went back to the website, put in my nhs no. and date of birth, but it then asks for the booking reference. I can't, therefore get in to look at anything. This is at one of the mass vaccination centres, not a local one. I think I will just turn up and see what happens.

I just tried 119 and it was no help at all. None of the options were relevant, and for anything else it just told me to look online.

Mine asked for the booking ref but she had a list of everyone due to have an appointment that day so I'm sure it will be easily found

doireallyneedaname · 11/03/2021 17:17

Call 119 and speak to a human

ComDummings · 11/03/2021 17:19

Can you log in the booking bit as if you’re making an appointment rather than the manage my booking section? Just to see what happens.

I’m sure it’ll be fine if you turn up. They’ll have a list so I wouldn’t worry too much!

I never got my email either but luckily did get a text (asked for both).

stuckinarutatwork · 11/03/2021 17:27

Have you checked your junk / spam email folder?

simbobs · 11/03/2021 17:35

I tried 119 again and got through eventually. It just kept cutting me off before. They had my appointments and gave me the booking references I don't think I could have done it otherwise. Thanks for the responses.
