Children Under 5?

Hi can anyone tell me if children under 5 are exempt if you meet another person outside? I know they were after first lockdown but I can’t seem to find if that’s the case now.

Yes they are still excluded but for some reason they havent made it very clear on the simple guidance page. If you faff about reading the legislation and then the amendment to the legislation you'll find they are still exempt! Dont know why they have tucked it away
