CEV and returning to school

Hi,

Can I ask what any parents who are CEV, and have been shielding for almost a year now, have decided about their children returning to school tomorrow?

Can I also ask what is happening for any teachers who are CEV?

I’m CEV category 4, DS 17 is CV category 6 and returning to school this week

I’ve had my first vaccine and am waiting for my 2nd DS should be vaccinated soon but is slightly complicated as has to have a certain vaccine in a major setting

He’s ok about going back but happier now others should be masked generally. He’s naturally cautious and careful and knows what’s at stake

He’s also relieved for his teachers who he’s been concerned about as 2 of his 3 subject teachers have now been vaccinated

I'm CEV and DW is CV. We're in wales so the DCs aren't going back yet, but we've pulled them out of school completely. Going to fully homeschool until things are a little less up in the air. DCs are year 4 and 5, so atm the plan is for them to go back to school for high school
