Does anyone know about Limousines?

I have managed to book DS2 a paintball party for the end of April as it is an outdoor pursuit. I was going to book them a limo for the journey back home afterwards but can't seem to find if this would be ok in stage 2 of the road map. Anyone any ideas before I spend today trying to call Limo companies where they are probably all furloighed anyway.

As you're not supposed to car share then I would say a limo would be a bad idea

@dementedpixie I was more after the actual rules than opinions, I think the car sharing is just advice anyway rather than a rule. These are all primary age kids who will have been sat in a tiny classroom together for 2 months by this point so I'm not overly concerned about them sitting next to each other in a car with the windows open.

I personally wouldn’t book a limo. Yes, they are in a classroom all together all day, but I would feel safer with them being picked up by their parents. It’s all about minimising contact and whilst I would be happy for my child to attend an outdoor paintball party, I wouldn’t want them going in a limo with others, but like you say, the rules may be different then.

No it’s not allowed. No indoor mixing until 17th May. Outdoors only at max 6 people until then. Stick to the outdoors party, a limo really isn’t necessary.

a limo really isn’t necessary. you are right its just DS1 had a paintball and Limo party for his 11th birthday and I was trying to do the same for DS2 but I suppose the pandemic is a good enough reason to tell DS2 his will have to be a bit different. I will have to give a few of the guests a lift as I know some parents don't drive and its not on a bus route but we have 2 cars so DH and I can have a few in each and ask the ones who can get there themselves to do so.
