Vaccination & covid test

Please excuse me if this is a silly question but could having the covid vaccination affect the result of a lateral flow test taken the following day?

I think not because it's not a live vaccine but it does provoke an immune response?

No, it's not possible to test positive for covid due to the vaccine.
Of course it's possible to still catch covid after you're vaccinated so a positive test would be because of the virus, not the vaccine.
