Is this long Covid?

Stiff neck
Joint pain in wrists hips knees and ankles and bizarrely all over my feet
Extreme fatigue. Can’t sit up in bed for several hours after waking.
Insomnia

I had put all this down to hrt wearing off but found out the other week that my oestrogen levels are normal. And I have had all this for nearly a year.
I think I had cv19 very early in the first lockdown so at a time when there was no testing.
Or it could be just the ongoing stress of it all?
Trouble is I wonder what a gp can offer at a telephone appointment and I doubt I am bad enough for referral to a special clinic as I can get out of bed and through the day albeit I feel like I am on my knees.
I read an interesting article in the telegraph about how oestrogen protects women from covid and how long Covid symptoms overlap with peri menopause.

Not much sounding like it to me, but not an expert.
I would definitely contact a GP with those symptoms though, rather than trying to self diagnose.

Sounds more like peri menopause. During lead up to menopause oestrogen levels vary wildly. You may have had test done a day that they were normal but they may be quite low at other times.
I think you need to speak to your GP.
