Rash after Pfizer vaccine

So I had my vacc on Friday and I was pretty much fine. Today I woke up with a sore arm and a red lump and a sort of rash right where my injection was. Feels quite sore too. Has anyone else had this? Is this normal after the Covid vaccine?

I know other vaccines can produce lumps but a rash? It's at least about an inch wide. I don't want to bother 111 but is this something I should worry about?

It's a completely normal reaction. Take some paracetamol of it's painful. An antihistamine might help as well.
The reaction should go down in a couple of days.

A barely noticeable rash appeared at the injection site on day 2 for me.
