Everything about covid is shit but the best thing about covid is no headcolds. I can't remember the last time I got a headcold. Nothing within the past year anyways. I had some hesdcolds in the past that knocked me and disrupted sleep at night time and I was always expected to keep on going. There's cruelty in that. Theres no headcolds going around because of the covid restrictions.

I had 3 bad colds between September and December. Negative Covid tests each time.

It's forced so many employers and organisations to be flexible and more accommodating to people's work/life balance (particularly childcare, working hours etc)

The science and rapid learning curve as everyone is an armchair budding virologist these days. However this pandemic teaches much about nature and biology and especially the limits of human behaviour acceptability and how scientists are vital for survival not politicians.
