Question about future vaccines.

This has probably been asked before but seeing as the current vaccine programme is taking many months even though it’s top priority and is reliant on thousands of volunteers, how on earth are we going to manage yearly boosters if these are needed.
It will be a full time programme.
I guess it will provide jobs maybe but how will it be paid for and organised?
So many questions!

If it was rolled in with the annual flu jab campaign, it would be much less of an issue. Still a step up from what the flu campaign has traditionally been, but soluble with money. Perhaps more pharmacies participating, that sort of thing.

It will be organised by the NHS. They are good at that.

It will be paid for, eventually, through taxation. Like the rest of the NHS.

And you really don’t need to worry about it.
